70k or so imo
"Perfect" generally means what you have there plus 20/20 sundering, but, honestly, people aren't always looking for that and it's usually a waste of money to mod stuff up "perfectly. |

50-60k imo.........these are gettin WAY too common, i've seen people selling clean ones for 40-50k
